state of Chihuahua requires metal stamping and injection
molding products.

stamping are the top commodities most utilized.
El Paso, Las Cruces and the Juarez
region have at least 125 plastic injection and extrusion
companies
85% of them are located in Juarez,
the rest of them are located in El Paso and Las Cruces, N.M.
Some manufacturing plants in Juarez,
have more than 50, 70 or up to 100 injection molding machines.
There are only a few technical schools
in the area certified by the Dept. of Education to provide
injection molding courses.
The annual Maquiladora consumption
for raw material supplies is $20 billion dollars for Chihuahua

resin, metal stamping, steel, machining, and galvanized steel
